PROJECT 1

5ONE Foundation understands the severity of reading literacy and how it can effect the future of our young people. We have collaborated a challenge for all who would like to participate in reading 51 different books to a young person.  Challenge yourself and post your story on our facebook page!

PROJECT 2

5ONE Foundation aims to assist in the enrichment and growth of tomorrow's leaders.  We challenge YOU to voluteer a minimium of 5 volunteer hours to your local church, community center, or school on behave of 5ONE Foundation.  A better community and future starts with you!  Email us at 5onefoundation@gmail.com to volunteer on behalf of 5ONE Foundation.

PROJECT 3

5ONE Foundation aims to unite our communities and collect over 5000 books before the end of 2014! We are accepting any lightly used/worn books that you are willing to donate.  These books will added to the 5ONE Foundation Library and will be given to schools, other charities and families of young people in order encourage reading in the home.  With the increase in technology, we are not reading.  This project aims to cut down on internet/facebook time and increase on reading. 

PROJECT 5

5ONE Foundation is committing to hosting a reading literacy camp that encourages reading in elementary school.  We aim also implement a program out of our summer literacy camp called "Real Men Read"!  Click the picture to read about our 1st ever Reading literacy camp.

Wells Fargo Business Banker, Jerome McCain and Co Founder of 5ONE Foundation, Jermaine McCain, MBA will be hosting a FREE financial literacy workshop on credit repair, budgeting, saving, etc. in the near future.  Stay tuned for details. 

PROJECT 6

WaterWorks is fun filled family event where the community comes together for fun, games, laughs, food, and the BIGGEST WATER FIGHT in Catawba County!  Pastor Ross of Maiden Chapel Baptist Church has partnered with us in a "Saving our Seed" Initiative that aims to bring young people and adults together for positive life changing relationships for the betterment of the community.
